If you're within 30 days of putting your home on the market and have not selected a REALTOR yet, I'd be happy to provide a Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA) at no charge or obligation for you.  To do a proper CMA, I need to visit your property but if you're not comfortable with that, I can do one based on a drive-by. 

Unfortunately a CMA prepared using the "drive-by" approach probably will not reflect improvements and other features an actual visit would reveal that are important to you and could significantly affect your home's market value.
